For some odd reason for kitchen fixture cyber monday 2013

It's not every day I get the pleasure to review something as special as the Waste King 1025 Sink Stopper and Splash Guard for EZ Mount Disposers. I purchased this extra part thinking for some reason one did not already come with the disposal itself (this piece was included). However, I am so happy I did and I'll tell you why. For some odd reason, about every six months, my garbage disposal splash guard just up and vanishes. Seriously. I'll have one there in place, and then suddenly one day, it is GONE. Therefore, when I purchased my new Waste King disposal, I subconsciously ordered the extra splash guard. This is going to come in REAL handy in a few months when the splash guard gremlins make off with the one that came with the unit. Yes, sir. This time I'll be prepared. After researching the splash guard for GE disposals I found that it could be the same as others, in the product description it had Anaheim manufacturing so I purchased this one, it fit just like new, pulled out the old one and pushed in the new. The opening for our Ge disposal is 3 & 1/8 inches. "GE's current disposer models look to be made by Anaheim Manufacturing which may explain the similarity in appearance of their stoppers and splash guards." this product is high quality for being a splash guard. I wish i had read a review i'm writing before buying this. I thought that all these stoppers and splash guards were a standard size across all brands. It just seems like every sink i've ever seen has the same size disposal hole, so i figured they were all the same size. Let it be known, they are not all the same size. I bought this thinking i could use the sink stopper, and eventually replace the splash guard. It doesn't work like that, because the sink stopper doesn't fit my current splash guard. SO i recommend going to your sink, finding the brand of disposal, then coming back here to look for the item you need.
